C200M-300 Lathe Technical Specification
1.1 Structural Design
This series of horizontal CNC lathes with turret and tailstock features an integrated 30° slant bed. Structural analysis was conducted at the design stage to minimize the effects of heavy cutting and high-speed movements. Detailed analysis was performed on the magnitude of forces, force application points, and deformation levels to ensure sufficient rigidity.
1.2 Material and Manufacturing Process
The machine body is constructed from high-grade Meehanite cast iron. Internal stresses are eliminated through both artificial aging (heat treatment) and natural aging processes, ensuring optimal rigidity, stability, and long-term precision retention.
1.3 Core Configuration
The machine is standard equipped with a Sanwa 12-station servo turret and a precision hydraulic tailstock. It is capable of automatically performing machining operations such as internal and external cylindrical surfaces, internal and external threading, taper surfaces, arc surfaces, end faces, grooving, and chamfering on both shaft-type and disc-type workpieces.
