
C200H Lathe Technical Specification
1.1 Structural Design
This machine is a horizontal CNC lathe with a moving spindle. The spindle slide is arranged horizontally, while the turret slide is positioned at a 45-degree inclination to the bed, providing a large supporting cross-section that ensures high rigidity, low center of gravity, and high-precision cutting performance.
1.2 Material and Manufacturing Process
The machine adopts a four-position gang-type tool post design, accommodating up to eight tools. Depending on machining requirements, boring bars, external turning tools, and facing tools can be mounted. Tool changes are fast and accurate, saving machining time and reducing maintenance costs.
1.3 Core Configuration
The machine is equipped with an integrated robotic arm for loading and unloading. OP10 and OP20 are symmetrically designed, resulting in a compact structure with a small footprint.The machine is equipped with a high-precision electric spindle unit featuring high rigidity, low and stable thermal rise, minimal thermal deformation, and high dynamic rotational accuracy. It can perform machining operations such as internal turning, facing, spherical and arc cutting, and chamfering on disc-type workpieces with outer diameters ranging from 20 to 200 mm.
